BT Wholesale Customer stories
Case studies are a powerful and persuasive way to showcase a company's work. But the traditional format can become tired. BT Wholesale asked us to help them tell their customer stories in a fresh way.
BT Wholesale wanted an end-to-end process for case studies, one which would allow them to quickly build a diverse set of stories to represent the breadth of the business.
We ran a pilot to create an initial set of three customer stories which led to a process showing how to take care of every stage, from interviews with the BT account manager and customer through to writing, filming, design and approvals. As well as a tightly focused narrative, each story is illustrated by customer photography, infographics and 'video bursts' (short, punchy films lasting less than sixty seconds).
